Started his career working in successful Gastro pubs in the South West. He decided to pursue his interest in global food by travelling the world for two years to gain a wider understanding of different cuisines. Starting in France onward to South America, Australia, finally Asia. Working in a string of top end restaurants along the way.
Tim settled in London working for the highly regarded chefs and restaurants including The Arts Club, Gordon Ramsay at Claridges and Alyn Williams at the Westbury. After 4 years in the capital he decided to relocate back to the South West, working for the prestigious Bath Priory.
After working in restaurants Tim started working for various event catering companies across the Bath and Bristol area. This was to explore a different sector in the food services industry and gain understanding of running large events. After gaining essential knowledge in the Events area Tim decided to start his own event catering company believing in being able to deliver refined bespoke menus to large numbers of guests. Full Flavour Events was born.
